JSE ENGINEERS was founded by Gabe Jugo, PE, SE in 2020 with the intent to provide a high standard of Structural Engineering service in Guam and the surrounding region.  Gabe has over 28 years of design and management experience in Honolulu and Guam and has directed a wide range of projects in Guam, the CNMI, the FSM, and Hawaii in all sectors of construction that include:
